Image
Malaysia has a lot of interesting places to visit. Each state has its own attraction regarding the uniqueness of the place.  As tourists we have a variety of choices to choose the places we want to visit. For examples, Cahaya Bulan Beach at Kelantan and Penarik Beach at Terengganu. Last month, my friend and I choose Pantai Penarik as the place we wanted to visit. He suggested me to visit this place because the beach scene is different from our place and this is the first time for me visiting the beach in Terengganu. For make our journey become smooth so we had planned all the activities a week before the day we went there. On the Saturday we begin our journey to Terengganu from my city and it is take around 1 hour 3o minutes. In that journey we just take on Saturday, we started our journey to Terengganu from my city so it is just take around 1 hour 30 minutes. during the journey we are not bored at all, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery because the beach is located at the end of the l

2. COUNTRY THAT I WANT TO VISIT

Image
The world is like a book and the man who never travels has only read a single page of the book. Keeping that anology in mind, I am always very keen to travel. You could say that I am a travel-oriented person. So far I have managed to visit a few countries in Southeast Asia, but if given a chance, I would love to set my foot on the soil in the Egypt, the land of mummies. Firstly, yes, Egypt is indeed the land of mummies, but do you know that it is also known as the Cradle of Civilization? Thus, it is only fitting that in their lifetime. For that reason too I have long exercised the wish to travel to this nation. Egypt is said to be the gift of the River Nile to mankind. The ancient Egyptiant civilization first began and thrived on the banks of this mighty river. Even the papyrus plants which man first used to create paper were found here at the banks of the river until today., the plant could still be seen in abundance at the much shallower parts of the river. I am sure it will be a r

3. THREE THINGS I LOVE MOST

This world is full of many wonderful and lovely things. Man has been trying to mobilise the resources of his intellect for making various types of invention and discoveries and thus endeavoring to make the things more lovely and worth enjoying. This process of beautifying the wordly things is a continuous process. There is no need to it. There are many beautiful and lovely things in the world and thus, it becomes very difficult to pick and choose which are the ones you like most. Somehow, with the greatest care, I have selected four things which I love most that is Mother Nature, my country and my home. First of all, I have a great love for Mother Nature. I do not favour the artificial and momentary pleasure which we derive from the city life. When I am an adult, I am thinking of settling in some village where I will be able to enjoy nature. Nature can be a true friend and it never deceives. Wordsworth, the great lover of nature, has also acknowledged this fact in his poems. I want to

4. THE PERSON I REMEMBER MOST IN MY SECONDARY SCHOOL

As a human it is normal when we remember someone most in our memory. this habit will happen if he is someone special in our life whether it happens well or not. I also have someone I remember the most and she is my  kakak angkat . Firstly, I remembered that when I was still small, I really admired my  kakak angkat  whom I fondly called Kak Rose. She took me as her  adik angkat  when I was Form Three. She was in Form Five. I remembered her so much because she always the most talked about senior in my school. Kak Rose was popular because she was a beautiful young lady. She was fair skinned, tall, and beautifully slim. She had long wavy hair and very big round eyes. She also had a set of dimples that would show whenever she smiled, laughed or sometimes even when she talked. I was rather proud having her as my  kakak angkat,  because she was so beautiful and this made some students in my class envious. Kak Rose also had a particular    kind of walk which I try to follow rather unsuccessful

5. LEARNING A LANGUAGE

Learning a language is not always easy. While some may achieve success quite smoothly, others may not be so lucky. Try as they might, they stumble and do not sound coherent when the need to use language arises or they may not manage to speak it as well as they hope to. Depending on the learner’s facility with the language, there may be quite different routes I can follow. The absolute beginner would need a teacher more than someone who is more familiar with the language. For the later, I choose self-study because it was a possible option, considering the time and cost involved in attending classes. In fact, a current theory in English language teaching suggests ways of equipping the students as me with the tools to develop my English skills on my own. There is much can I do to help myself. I can devices strategies to help myself acquire the vocabulary of the language. Keeping a notebook of unfamiliar words and looking through it when one is in the bus or at other time is one way. I cho

6. BATIK OF TERENGGANU

A craft is an activity such as weaving, carving, or pottery that involves making things skillfully by hand, often in a traditional way. In Malaysia we have various types of craft based on place and state. For examples, Batik in Terengganu, Wau Bulan in Kelantan and Labu Sayong in Perak. Firstly, based on all the crafts, I like Batik in Terengganu because its made by skill of painting. Batik painting is a wax resistant technique and also requires the skill of sketching classic or modern patterns. This depends on the customer's request. For me, I prefer the classic design that shows the traditional aura. Secondly, there are four basics stages in producing a batik painting. They are waxing dyeing, scraping and ironing. These basic stages are quite simple. However, the skill comes not only in the intricate mixing, but it complicated colour work. Each successive colour is placed on top of another., and thus altered by the one before. Thirdly, the step is producing a batik painting is to
